Man oh man has ford changed, Never thought I would get this bad service from a ford dealer in my life.. never have i been treated so poorly by a auto center trying to get my car fixed under warranty before. I'm not sure if it is this one or all of them. be careful if you choose to use them
Matt Stickney at Newins Ford was great! We bought a used 2015 ford explorer. They were able to do everything we ask including dropping the price almost 10% and threw in the running boards, tow hitch and cross bars. It is an older looking place not a swanky dealership but if you want a great car for a great price with no pressure sales and a sure no problem attitude this is where you need to be. Thanks again for a pleasurable experience.

My husband and I just left there kind of upset. My husband walked in and asked to see the Raptor they have there and was told that a salesman would be heading to the car to show it. 15 minutes later no one showed up to help us.
