All and all a great experience, excellent staff!
We found an employee that was very helpful in the selection of camera's and very experienced in memory cards and accessories needed explaining all the details my husband needed. He also pointed out which ones were on sale which was very helpful.
Once inside the store is very well lit, quiet, clean and air conditioned. There is help at the door to direct you to the right department and will actually call someone over for you if needed.
Upon arrival there was a line of people waiting outside as they had not opened yet, we did not realize it didn't open until 11 on Sunday).
Staff happy to help, great value and always full of interesting tech. 5 stars store is very clean and help is always a few feet away. I havent been here in quite some time because of a bad experience but it seems new management is raising the bar.
Best buy is my second home!! Which ever store I find the service and products great. The staff are knowledgeable in their area and willing to help. They offer reasonable advice without promising the earth. They are my go to store.
Overall good store. Got brushed off and ignored by one the employees when I asked for help. Didn't appreciate that at all. If it happens again I will definitely make a big deal about it because it will show the lack of training they have.
This was our first trip to this Best Buy. We went on a Sunday morning for a new digital camera that my husband needed for work (he is not a tech type person and we knew going in that we would need help).
The staff from floor sales associates to management are 2nd to none. They are extremely kind and courteous always willing to help answering all questions. They go the extra mile to utilize resources to help resolve any issues or concerns. You guys are the best!!!!
