They collected our $55 copay when we waited in the lobby and registered. The staff did about 30 seconds of normal tests (blood pressure and temp). After about 45 minutes of waiting, the doctor told us that she didn't feel comfortable stitching it since it was on his face and she didn't have adequate pain killers or equipment to hold him still. She told us to go to the hospital. I asked about having the copay refunded since they didn't really do anything and they wouldn't do that. I thought that would be all then at least, then we got a bill for $350 which I had to fight with my insurance over to get it reduced to $85... so now I am paying $140 to have my child wait in a lobby with a bloody lip for an hour and then to be referred to go somewhere else where the staff is confident enough and has adequate equipment to help my child who was in need. I won't ever use this location again.

I had to see an MD due to sudden onset 102 fever. It came on suddenly after 5pm.... I was able to book an appointment hassle-free online. Minimal questions but still only needed to fill out 1 page when I got there. I had NO wait time! Staff was friendly. Facility was immaculate. I had blood and urine tests,as usual, but doctor was able to diagnose immediately with urinary infection. I had NO urinary symptoms so would never have guessed that. Now I am taking antibiotic and will soon be on the mend with no time off from work. Love the hours! All in all a great experience.
I was very hesitant to go to an urgent care because of the wait time and also how well the providers are but one day I was truly desperate & made an appointment online & did not wait at all whatsoever. Gracious John, PA seen me. He's better than my own primary care physician! He is very detailed and fully covered every single thing. He made me aware of his thoughts & ideas and we both agreed on a treatment plan. He is very caring & compassionate & really just wants the best for you. The office is gorgeous & everything is high-tech, it's clean and the medical staff is up to date on diseases & treatments.

The staff were pleasant, attentive to my concerns. The doctor listened and was informative about follow up care once I left the facility. Most of all I was taken rightaway.Great place I was impressed.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although I was sent to examination room it was already occupied, no worries! The doctor was also friendly and knowledgeable.
We brought our son in after he fell at a local park and busted his lip open.
