IV read a few comments on here about rudeness and i must admit i have no idea what these people are talking about. To be begin the vet that examined me dog was knowledgeable and timely, they even called me back to remind me to schedule an ultrasound at a different facility (who the hell does that?). Courtesy is not something I'm looking for in a medical professional. Knowledge, experience, cost and attentiveness far exceed someones attitude in my opinion. when they are tuning up my pooch i need results not smiles. However, In addition to that everyone was super nice so i will definitely return to this location for any of my animal needs.
THEY SENT ME HOME WITH A FERAL CAT AS I HAVE 16 BLACK AND WHITE CATS I THOUGHT ITS STARNGE BEHAVIOR WAS DUE TO THE NEUTERING...NOW WE FIND OUT THE CAT IS 15 YEARS OLD AND WAS SWITHCHED AND OUR CAT WAS PUT OUT ON THE STREET AS SOMEONE BROUGHT IN A BUNCH OF FERALS ...OURS IS PROBABLY DEAD AS IT WAS NEVER ON THE STREET HERE WITH US AND IT WAS 2 YEARS OLD IM CA;LLING THE OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINE
If you need a quick vet check on your pet this is the place to go, luckily I haven't had any issues with this office as to what other reviewers are saying. I usually end up doing a walk in which is like $10 more than a usual consultation, the only thing is that walk-in visits are only attended in between appointments. The doctors are very good at explaining whatever situation is going on with your pet. One thing I really appreciate is the fact that you can choose what services be done on your pet that way you pay a bill you're comfortable with.
Such a friendly staff! It is a bit of a wait but it's worth the wait since they're so nice with the pets and they're very helpful. They explain a lot for me and are very nice.
Economical and thorough, but wait times are long even with an appointment. You have to expect that they will always be busy with the very affordable services that they provide.
