Used to love it. Now? For starters, the staff is HORRIBLE. The employees on the sales floor are useless. Cashiers are slow, unmotivated, and constantly get the change wrong. Now I see why people shop online.
Both return and bought a microwave salespersons was awesome and very helpful.
Update: ..Rude rude rude ... calling Sephora tomorrow and JCPenney ... the rudeness here is disgusting ...... second time coming here only because it's literally last minute , 5 minutes away... I rather travel to Nassau than come back to this location ..... they are disgusting when it comes to children .. they give you a look and treat you rudely because the children are touching the testers.. aren't they there to be touched? I ...not my child , knocked over their make remover station and both rolled their eyes and said oh no I'm not even ... I ended up picking it up with my child on my arm and my 6 year old sister as well, while they were just staring ... never in my life have I ever been treated like this... I'm a VIB member for what? Spent over $5000 a year at Sephora and they dare to treat me like this ... this was literally half an hour before closing ...the fat black girl was beyond rude and the acne miserable white girl was just disgusting .. you take my money and do not dare to say thank you? Sweety my foundation I just bought , paid a full day of work for you.. remember that...
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It's so unorganized, I can't even properly explain it. Imagine EVERY article of clothing being on the wrong hanger. Imagine mismatched 3-piece suits sprawled out all over the store. It's a mess. And the kicker is the employees. It's as if they're all hiding. I left feeling really frazzled. What a dump.
Sept 4...Weirdly the makeup artists are 10 times more customer care friendly than the actual cashiers .. They deal with customers in every aspect and you would think they're overwhelmed but it's the cashiers!! And they aren't even at the register ! Great for clothing I would not recommend this for appliance purchases.. They seem to sell appliances in a one size fits all type of fit. I have a very specific size of fridge and i new what one i wanted, they kept trying to up sell me(to one that would not fit in my space !).. when i inquired why it turns out they do not have the one i need in stock and i would have to wait two to three weeks for the one i wanted. not great when your fridge breaks
