Terrible expirence at the Lancôme counter. Bilkese helped me and she was nothing but rude to me and making rude comments about my skin texture on my face. Needless to say I will NEVER Go back there
Customer service in men's shoe dept sucks. Waited for 30 min for help.
the sales associates are not as friendly as they use to be.And have to find a register with someone at the register. I keep going back but I'm getting dishearted with the bayshore store.
