Very slow staff .30 min wait. I guess is more important to have break before attending all costumers
I used to love going in that store moseying around looking at all the cool stuff I buy a lot of trash pumps there because I'm in the septic business then all of a sudden one day I go in there and they must have hired a new girl she short she has a mushroom looking haircut not like the owner's daughter very polite and nice this girl walks up to me while I'm looking at something and gives me the most artists and disrespectful remark she says are you stoned or drugged out while I am looking at something minding my own business it was the most unprofessional workmanship I've ever came across in my entire life I can't believe you would have something like that working for you disgusting never go there again I will drive to Centereach mental illness that short people attend to get it's something like Napoleon something I'm not sure exactly what it is but I'm sure she has it it's when you're short and you're always pissed off at everybody I would be embarrassed to have this girl walking up and down my Isles talking to my customers if I own that store she would have to go right away
Middle of the day on a Saturday and only two cashiers working. Stood in line for twenty minutes before having to wait another 10 for a rude associate to bring a piece of equipment out from the back. Was told I would have to get back in line - at that point it was 15 people deep and backed up from a return taking forever. I've worked in retail for years - it is not rocket science that Saturday afternoons are busy so properly staff your store!
